Latest stores information (COVID-19) 26/03/20

Update - 26/3/2020

In times like these we at intu are doing what we can to help. We know it’s a small gesture and with Government advice to essential workers to avoid public transport in mind, as of today, anyone who wishes to park in our centre car park can do so free of charge. That will help our visitors who need to pick up essential items, key workers who are doing such a fantastic job as well as our local communities.

Following the Government’s update that all non-essential shops are to close, we can confirm that intu Watford will now be operating on a partially closed basis. intu Watford sits at the heart of its community and provides access to vital services such as pharmacies, supermarkets and banks.

As many of these essential services can only be reached through the centre, we will ensure all our visitors are able to access the services they need whilst supporting those retailers who need to stay open.

A small number of our team will be on hand to make sure our centres remain clean and safe places to visit.

The following stores are currently open – individual store times may vary so please check with them before setting off.

Boots, Lloyds bank and M&S food hall (this is only accessible via the High Street entrance) and NHS Community Eye Care clinic.

We would like to thank our fantastic team at intu who are working very hard in very challenging circumstances, to support our retailers, serve our communities and take care of one another. Our thoughts are with everyone during this difficult time.
