Job brief:

Sales Advisors are responsible for exceeding customer expectations by listening to customer needs, finding products that meet their needs, providing in depth product information about the goods they are interested in, providing a high level of service and closing the sale.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting all customers in a friendly way to enhance customer experience

• Ensuring exceptional cleanliness and shop floor standards

• Processing deliveries, stock replenishment and display changes on the shop floor

• Completing and handling trousers alterations in a timely manner

Skills and experience:

• A passion for customer service and a helpful, positive manner

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a high performing team

• Exceptional organizational, communication and time management skills

• Desire to challenge yourself, and constantly grow and develop

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and processes quickly

Other details:

• Must be able to do both our morning and late shift from Monday to Sunday
