Rock Up Watford requires a Full Time Team Member who enjoy a busy working environment to help the management team ensure the centre is a huge success. You will have a passion for ensuring you and the rest of the team offer an exceptional customer experience. A background in Leisure or Hospitality is preferred along with having a passion for developing people and the brand. This role is an integral part of our team at Rock Up. In this position you will assist in the operational running of both the arena and cafe areas, ensuring that the site is delivering excellent customer service. It will be your role to ensure that all standards are maintained during your shift. In this role, you will report to a Duty Manager but have strong working relationships with the Centre Manager and other members of the Rock Up team. Working in the arena will involve ensuring all H&S requirements are met (including safety briefings), supporting all customers with their clipping and climbing, offering support and encouragement and being able to show customers how to combat any fears on the climbing walls. The role is fun and rewarding!
