Reporting into Operations Manager, to interact with Retailers within the centre. The role is to ensure exemplary standards of service delivery and communication are provided to Retailers at all times. The main responsibility is to produce accurate retailer statistical data, ensuring a continuous review across all retailers operations. Accountable for the design and management of the centre’s retailer meetings plan, including mall meetings and major space users. Incorporating all actions and recording data to ensure all service targets are met and delivered at all times. The ultimate goal is to drive operational improvement; by building relationships with all centre retailers to ensure intu RS are delivering ‘world class services’.
This role offers a probation salary of £23,750, increasing to £25,000 after a successful 6 month probation period, as well as 21 days holiday (increasing after 2 and 4 years) and life insurance, personal accident insurance and a pension matching up to 3%.
