Delivering a new level of personal experience, John Lewis & Partners new 'Style Studio' offers customers complimentary appointments and daily fashion talks.
Customers can choose to either drop-in for instant advice to find the perfect piece quickly and easily or they can pre-book in for a complimentary appointment at a time that suits.
Following an appointment, stylists can continue to advise customers via a keeping in touch service using a personalised app. If customers opt-in, stylists can text or email with follow-up advice, alerts for in store events or updates on when a new collection arrives from their favourite brand.
The opening in Watford is part of a nationwide roll-out of the Style Studio, which will be introduced to 30 John Lewis shops over the next six weeks.
