Job title: Selling Coach
Hours: Permanent, Full time 36.75hrs, 4 week rota to include alternate weekend working with late night Wednesday
Salary: £20,800 per annum
Duties & Responsibilities
To enhance Partners selling and service capability whilst developing their knowledge of our products and services. To support the delivery of a positive customer experience and the achievement of sales targets.
The role of a Selling Coach is to be a product, services, sales and customer experience specialist with the ability to use this expertise to continually develop Selling Partners capability in branches. The Selling Coach will use observation, feedback and development techniques to enhance Partners product knowledge and selling skills. The position requires the ability to work closely with Partners to support the delivery of their personal development and business objectives, aligned to the branches operating plan. The Selling Coach will fulfil all aspects of the Selling Partner job description.
