Reporting into General Manager to interact with Retailers within the Centre. The focus is to ensure exemplary standards of service delivery and communication are provided to Retailers at all times. The main responsibility is to produce accurate Retailer statistical data, ensuring a continuous review across all Retailers operations.
You will have the skills to evaluate the needs of Retailers at a strategic level, producing accurate reports and identifying trends. You will evaluate operational improvement to ensure first class relationships and the delivery of exceptional customer service levels at all times. Accountable for the design and management of the Centre Retailer meetings plan, including Mall meetings and major space users.
