intu Retail Services are now seeking to recruit a Learning and Development Advisors to support our centres in the midlands region working these Centres are intu Broadmarsh, intu Victoria Centre and intu Derby. As a key member of the centre support team, you'll be responsible for delivering training to some of the UKs top shopping centres. Looking at inductions, delivering world class service and other developmental programs you'll have an important part to play in the way our teams work. You will be able to track sessions as they happen and collate feedback from the groups. Working closely with centres you'll be able to use your time effectively and get the most out of the role.

Key duties and responsibilities will include coordination, design and delivery of effective training in line with national and local training plans, taking responsibility for the training and development plans for the centres and liaising with key senior stakeholder to review training and talent development requirement for their teams.

Suitable candidates will have a passion and a flare for training and development and have a confident, enthusiastic and positive communication style.  Previous training or learning development experience is highly desirable and candidates will ideally have formal training qualification or CITP accreditation.
