intu Victoria is seeking to employ two of Customer Services Assistants to work on a 5 days out of 7 on a rolling rota. The role will focus on supporting our customers with general queries regarding the centre and its facilities, events and gift card sales ensuring that our customers receive a world class experience as soon as they arrive at the centre.
To be successful in this role the suitable candidates will be able to demonstrate the ability to deliver a first-class experience. Key duties and responsibilities will include proactively engaging with customers throughout the car parks and shopping centre; assisting with lost cars, tickets and family members, logging complaints, incidents and dealing with lost property. In addition candidates will be a visible ambassador for the centre in relation to meeting and greeting customers and taking care of all health and safety requirements.
To be successful in this role, candidates will be courteous in their communication, have a sense of pride in the delivery of a world class customer approach and be able to bring joy, to our customers shopping experience.
As this role is a seasonal position the successful candidate must be aware that there is a requirement to work Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.
