intu Victoria is now seeking to employ a Customer Services Assistant (Car parks team) to work 24 hours across 7 days on a rolling rota as part of our customer services team. These customer services roles will focus on the car parks at the intu Victoria ensuring that our guests receive a world class experience as soon as they arrive at the centre.
Skills and experience:
To be successful in this role the suitable candidates will be able to demonstrate the ability to deliver a first class experience. Key duties and responsibilities will include proactively engaging with customers throughout the car parks and shopping centre; assisting with lost cars, tickets and family members, logging complaints, incidents and dealing with lost property. In addition candidates will be a visible ambassador for the centre in relation to meeting and greeting customers and taking care of all health and safety requirements.
To be successful in this role, candidates will be courteous in their communication, have a sense of pride in the delivery of a world class customer approach and be able to bring joy, to our customers shopping experience.
