intu Victoria Centre is now seeking to recruit a Business Support Assistant to be responsible for supporting the delivery of reactive and planned maintenance and, contractor work permits and general business support administration to the centre.  The suitable candidate will work closely with business support team and technical services team, managing the logging of information and tasks on Concept (CAFM) or similar facilities management system, to ensure that statutory compliance, service levels and KPI's are adhered to.  In addition the post holder will be responsible for tracking of health and safety documentation such as risk assessments, and overseeing the monitoring of permits to work in the centre. The suitable candidates will also be required to carry out general administration tasks; correspondence, mail merges, answering queries and reception duties.

To be successful in this role it is expected that candidates will be highly computer literate in Microsoft office, excel and word, as well as having systems experience in a CAFM system (preferably concept or other similar facilities management software). In addition candidates will have excellent customer service skills and be experienced in dealing with both internal and external stakeholders, be polite, professionals and articulate with strong writing and verbal skills. Candidates will also be expected to produce weekly and monthly reports to the relevant stakeholders as to the performance of technical services team and contractors.
