This is a senior duty manager role encompassing hands-on operational management of shopping centre guest services for intu.
You will be a part of a team of 4 Duty managers with full operational responsibility for the delivery of service excellence in all guest facing areas of the shopping centre. You will deliver the “Front of House Experience”. You will line manage teams of site based supervisors and operatives, including, but not restricted to, cleaning, guest services and security. You will be a results driven people manager with considerable understanding of customer services excellence within the commercial / property / retail sectors. You will drive operational improvement to ensure first class relationships and the delivery of exceptional customer service levels at all times. Along with enhanced customer relationship abilities, you will be an excellent communicator, a clear decision maker and will have an uncompromising eye for detail, taking full ownership that the centre is immaculately opened and maintained through the opening times. The role will suit candidates who enjoy managing “from the floor” and not from a desk. The ability to motivate, inspire and guide your operational teams through clear and focused communication is essential.
Guest Services Duty Managers ensure the smooth running of centre operations by proactively managing the security, cleaning and customer relations teams to deliver ‘World Class Service’ to our customers.
