intu Victoria and intu Broadmarsh are now seeking to recruit a Guest Services Duty Manager (Nights) who will lead and manage our front of house team across security and environmental services (cleaning and waste), focusing on delivering a world class guest experience.

As the Guest Services Duty Manager (Nights) within the Environmental Services side of the business you will ensure exemplary standards of cleaning, waste, car park cleaning and customer service are provided to customers at all times. Team building and staff morale will be a priority of the jobholder. The GSDM will be expected to positively contribute to the performance of the business and ensure that World Class Customer Service is delivered by all members of the team. Within the Security side of the business you will ensure exemplary standards in communication to our customers, retailers and team members and be an ambassador for World Class Service delivery within intu.  The role has a shift pattern 2200pm to 06.00am 5 days out of 7.

Candidates with previous experience in either leading teams of security and CCTV control rooms or candidates with experience in managing environmental or cleanings teams would be at an advantage but overall, we are looking for candidates that can demonstrate the ability to lead and manage teams.

To be successful in this role the candidate will be able to demonstrate the delivery of a first-class environmental services and have a passion for enhancing the customer experiences.  You will have previous experience in managing large teams of varied functionality, be engaging and inspirational and have the ability to manage change quickly.  Overall you will enjoy managing "from the floor" not from behind a desk. In addition candidates will be able to demonstrate the ability to inspire large teams through excellent communication skills and the development of strong relationships.

This role will suit individuals who have experience in working in the retail, leisure, facilities management or hospitality sectors.   Candidates will also need to have or be willing to obtain an SIA licence and carry out a 5 year vetting history in order to work in this position.
