Salary - £24,000 FTE per annum

intu Victoria Centre are now seeking to recruit a Fixed-Term Business Support Coordinator - Finance until 31st October 2018, to provide financial support to the wider business support team.

The ideal candidate will be involved in delivering financial support and presenting outputs of the business support team in a timely and accurate fashion.  In addition they will work closely with all the support teams across HR/payroll, compliance, procurement and general administration.

To be successful in this role the ideal candidate will develop close working relationships with internal customers and service providers to fully understand the business. Assist in the preparation of budgets, monitoring expenditure, income and forecasts of the centres NPI budget and service charge.  The candidate will also be responsible for all aspects of the purchasing process, including raising PO's and supplier set ups, services charge and accruals.  In addition it would be an advantage for candidates to  have previous experience in managing a teams as well as working alongside other operational business support department such as HR/payroll, compliance, procurement and general administration of a large organisation.

It is anticipated that successful candidates will be part qualified (AAT, CIMA or ACCA) or equivalent, have strong customer services skills in dealing with both internal and external stakeholder and have a high level of numeric accuracy. In addition candidates will need to be conversant in Microsoft office applications and Excel. Candidates with a sound knowledge of service charge accounting would be at an advantage.
