  • Business Support Assistant -Reception (Maternity Cover)

    Intu Victoria Centre is now seeking to employ a part time Reception Administrator to work in our Centre Management office. The role will consist 22.5 hours per week - 1.00 -5.30 Monday to Friday.

     Reporting to the Business Support Coordinator the Business Support Assistant - Reception will be responsible for delivering a consistent World Class Reception and Administration service to intu Victoria Centre.  Key duties and responsibilities will include dealing with face to face enquiries, managing visitors to the centre, room booking and recording and responding to customer enquiries.   In addition the Receptionist will be responsible for a range of general administrative functions in support of the wider Business Support team including; collection of data, taking minutes, data inputting, drafting correspondence and cash reconciliation.

    To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate previous experience in a reception and administrative position, have a confident and friendly disposition and a polite, professional telephone manner. In addition suitable candidates will possess highly effective organisational skills.
