intu Victoria Centre is now seeking to recruit a Business Support Helpdesk Assistant (CAFM), to be responsible for supporting the delivery of reactive and planned maintenance to the centre. The suitable candidate will work closely with the technical services team managing the logging of information and tasks on Concept (CAFM), to ensure that statutory compliance, service levels and KPI's are adhered to.
To be successful in this role it is expected that candidates will be highly computer literate in Microsoft office, excel and word, as well as having systems experience in a CAFM system (preferably concept or other similar facilities management software). In addition candidates will have excellent administration skills and be experienced in dealing with both internal and external stakeholders, be polite, professionals and articulate with strong writing and verbal skills. Candidates will also be expected to produce weekly and monthly reports to the relevant stakeholders as to the performance of technical services team and contractors.
