Reporting to the Business Support Manager the Business Support Assistant Compliance will be responsible for supporting the delivery teams of technical and health and safety managers to deliver complaint and safework processes.  This may include managing contractors to the centre, updating and planning works via our CAFM system, tracking and reporting on health and safety documentation and risk assessments or reporting on energy figures.  The role is also pivotal in ensuring that effective communication is shared and recorded for the centre.

To be successful in this role it is expected that candidates will be highly computer literate in Microsoft office, excel and word,as well as having systems experience in a CAFM system (preferably concept or other similar facilities management software). In addition candidates will have excellent customer service skills and be experienced in dealing with both internal and external stakeholders, be polite, professionals and articulate with strong writing and verbal skills. Candidates will also be expected to produce weekly and monthly reports to the relevant stakeholders as to the performance of technical services team and contractors. It would also be desirable for candidates to hold an IOSH certificate.  Overall the right candidate for this role needs to be able to multitask to a high level in a busy environment.
