Job description: intu own and operate some of the biggest and well known shopping and leisure destinations in the UK. Our aim is to create a world class experience for our customers and retailers and our Retail Liaison Coordinators are the key to ensuring a world class services is delivered to both retailers and customer alike.
The role of Retail Liaison Coordinator is to ensure exemplary standards of service delivery and communication are provided to retailers at all times. The post holder will have the skills to evaluate the needs of the retailers at a strategic level and produce accurate retailer statistical data, ensuring a continuous review across all retailers operations. The Retail Liaison Coordinator is accountable for the design and management of the centre retailer meetings plan, including mall meetings and major space users in the centre. The Retail Liaison will record data to ensure all service targets are met and delivered at all times. The ultimate goal is to drive operational improvement; by building relationships with all centre retailers to ensure intu Retail Services are delivering world class services/p>
To be successful in this role the suitable candidate will be able to build relationships, combine a high level of communication skills with multiple stake holders, as well as produce and deliver relevant statistical information to ~ retailers. Candidates will have enhanced presentation skills and be able to present data in imaginative and creative ways to build relationship and influence centre stake holders.
Previous experience within a retail environment, marketing or research role would be an advantage although not essential.
