In return successful candidates will be provided with specialist training and nationally recognised qualifications. You will receive an above national living wage salary of GBP 9.16p/h on a 40 hr per week rota basis, plus pension and holidays and a seasonal gift. Uniform is provided and if successful employees with receive heavily subsidised parking.  Candidates should also have access to their own transport or be able to use public transport to cover all working patterns.

The working rota will cover a mixture of early, late and nights shifts with a paid break.

A current SIA Security Guarding licence is desirable but not essential as this will be provided. Please note that intu carry out a strict vetting process for all successful applications. Failure to provide accurate information at interview stage may disqualify you from being offered a position in a security role.

Reporting to the Duty Manager our Security Officers will ensure exemplary standards of security and customer services are provided to clients and visitors at intu Victoria Centre.  As the public face of the security team our security officers must act with professionalism always, with a can-do attitude in this highly influential role.
