About the role: We want YOU to give our customers an exceptional Swatch & Flik Flak experience during their visit to Swatch Stores.

We have 2 x Part time 20 hour vacancies now available in store

Knowing our products inside and out is key to delivering excellent customer service so using the training and tools provided you’ll be equipped to deliver to the highest standards. You will be advising customers on the wide range of benefits, ranges, colours, history and innovation surrounding the swatch watches and accessories, culminating in the customer walking out with exactly the right watch for them.

About you: 

  • Experience in retail or customer service environment
  •  Approachable and confident in talking to customers
  • Experience in watch or jewellery desired but not essential to the right candidate
