Come and visit an exhibition here at intu Victoria Centre to commemorate 50 years since the closure of Nottingham Victoria Station to passengers. The site which is now home to intu Victoria Centre was once Nottingham Victoria Station, a Great Central Railway and Great Northern Railway station. The station was built in 1900 and demolished in 1967. There are still elements of the station visible today including the Clocktower where our Clocktower dining restaurants now are.
Come and learn more about the history of intu Victoria Centre and take a trip down memory lane for those that remember the station back in the day. There will be a model of the old station, photography and artwork by local artists and even a video of the old station on our big screen outside Joes Kitchen.
Find the exhibition outside Natwest on the lower mall.
