Running low on phone battery? We have free phone charging stations throughout the centre. You'll find them at our Customer Service Desk and by Skinny Dip on the lower mall.
For your convenience we have 4 lifts, located by each car park entrance.
Our sparkling new toilets can be found on the upper mall near to Druckers. Now with great family facilities including baby change and feeding areas, and disabled facilities including toilets and an adult changing room.

If you find a piece of lost property please take it to the customer service desk on the lower mall. If you are looking for a piece of lost property please ask at the customer service desk. After 1 month all lost property items are donated to charity.
Here at intu Victoria Centre we understand the needs of our disabled customers, we constantly strive to make your shopping experience with us a happy, effortless and enjoyable one.
We have110 spaces reserved especially for disabled shoppers across both car parks. Centre Security personnel patrol the car parks and will deal with any parking abuse of the spaces set aside for customers with disabilities.
Manual wheelchairs can be hired for free at the customer service desk on the Lower Mall. We will ask you to complete a short form and please remember to bring proof of address with you. Wheelchair hire is usually for up to 4 hours, but should you need it longer please speak to a member of the team and we will try to accommodate.
intu Victoria Centre also has a Shopmobility centre, operated by Nottingham City Council, located on Level 1 of the White Zone Car Park. Wheelchairs and other mobility options are available free of charge and the council staff are on hand to offer specialist advice on your needs. You can take your pick from a range of standard and powered wheelchairs, as well as powered scooters.

Shopmobility is open Monday to Friday from 9:00am - 4:45pm (all equipment to be returned by 4:00pm) and Saturday from 9:00am - 1:45pm (all equipment to be returned by 1:00pm). It is closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Providing the equipment is returned on the day it was hired, you can use it for as long as you need. Please tell the Shopmobility staff if you wish to make a long or short visit as this allows them to book other people onto the equipment once you have returned it.
*Please note that to take advantage of this service you need to register with Nottingham City Council's Shopmobility by coming to the office and bringing along a current utility bill or bank statement (dated within the last three months), you’ll also need photo identification (bus pass, passport or blue badge).

We understand that for some people with autism spectrum conditions (ASC), sensory or additional needs a visit to a busy shopping centre can be a daunting experience. To help make your visit as enjoyable as possible, intu have been working in partnership with East Midlands Autism and their team of autism specialists, to develop a number of helpful resources for individuals with autism and their parents/ carers. We have developed a visual guide for the centre, which aims to support you from the early stages of planning a visit, arriving at the Centre, information about the amenities and what to do in an emergency. We have also developed alert cards that can be used throughout your visit at your discretion and an orange wristband which can be worn during your visit should you need us to be aware of your condition. All these items can also be collected from our customer service desks.
