Summary of the role:

Join the VIP team! We are the UK’s Leading Premium Vaping & Electronic Cigarette Operator with over 100 Kiosks and Stores across the UK! We are looking for confident, passionate individuals to provide an outstanding customer experience and truly represent the VIP brand.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our expanding company and as a Sales Advisor, you will be at the very heart of all the action.

Main duties of a VIP Sales Advisor:

  • Providing customers with an outstanding VIP experience
  • Driving sales of all VIP products, achieving individual sales targets & contributing to the performance of the site
  • Accurately processing customers’ orders through the Epos system
  • Driving our fantastic offers to engage customers
  • Carrying out customer consultation to give a superb VIP experience
  • Understanding each customer’s needs & advising on our premium products
  • Providing first class advice on product care, maintenance and warranty information

Skills you need to become a VIP Sales Advisor:

  • Previous experience in target driven customer service role
  • Sales driven and proactive
  • Track record in providing exceptional customer service
  • Concise numeracy skills
  • Professional, enthusiastic and friendly approach
  • Excellent team player
  • Vaping knowledge is not essential, but would be an advantage!
