Summary of the role:

Intu are currently seeking a highly experienced, articulate and motivated Receptionist to join our Business Support Team providing consistent World Class reception services to our shopping centre.

We offer a range of contractual services to cover the most demanding of service needs and our Business Support Team provide the key foundation for our font line team.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
General duties will include:

  • Uniform management
  • General inventory and stock management
  • AP support  Query resolution (Sharepoint)
  • Chasing deliveries of PO’s raised
  • Closing down old PO’s
  • General postal and administrative duties
  • Gift cards-  Flexe gift card system, updating gift card spread sheet
  • Car park- main point of customer car park banking
  • Six cards
  • Car park database
  • Car park tickets (retailers/monthly/ quarterly)
  • Chasing merchants debt
  • Minute taking
  • Staff discount card management
  • Kiddie cars/ wheelchair allocations
  • Ad-hoc duties
  • Meeting room preparations
  • General administrative duties

Qualifications, Experience and Expectations of employer:

Essential:

  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook)
  • Previous experience of working within a busy office environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer services skills

Desirable:

  • A excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
  • Reception experience polite, professional telephone manner combined with strong communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills - able to prioritise their workload to meet the daily demands of the role
