Main Duties and Responsibilities:

The sales assistant will be a constant role model for the Esmon Haig values, and ensure they give every customer a “World Class Customer Experience”. They will consistently demonstrate a passion for the business and for the role.They will be accountable for delivering in the following areas:

  • Delivering sales targets and KPI objectives
  • Commercial awareness of the competitor activity
  • Compliance to security procedures
  • Compliance to health and safety procedures
  • Maintaining visual merchandising to company standards
  • Managing the till associated transactional procedures
  • Keeping up to date with the knowledge of product and services offered in store
  • Participate in continuing professional development through store training; out of hours meetings and VM changes as required
  • Completion of all training requirements through e-learning and other sources
  • Maintenance of the store housekeeping standards
  • Adhering to company dress code standards

They will also be required to assist in other areas where necessary.
