Role: Guest Experience Supervisors
Reporting to: Manager
Contract: Part time & Full Time
Working Hours: 39 hours per week (6 month secondment- maternity leave cover)
Summary of the role:
A flexible approach is vital so you can focus on delivering a high standard of Guest Service, achieving the effective operations of the cinema and supporting the General Manager in the achievement of the cinemas targets. You will also need to be able to implement and sustain Operations and Digital Standards, company policies, procedures and initiatives, ensuring that these are communicated effectively to all employees within the cinema.
As a Guest Experience Supervisor, you will be at the forefront of our guests' visits to the Cinema. You will need to be a friendly, energetic people person, someone who can work in and lead a team. You enjoy the challenge of co-ordinating people, product and tasks, so that our guests get the best possible experience.
Overall, we are looking for people with operational management or supervisory experience gained in a guest-facing environment. You will be great at developing people and have the motivational skills to bring out the best in your team, as well as drive commercial success.
