Our aim is to create a world class experience for our guests and our Guest Service Duty Managers are the key to supporting our front line teams delivering Joy to our customers.

intu Uxbridge  are now seeking to recruit a number of Guest Services Duty Managers who will lead and manage our front of house team across environmental services and cleaning, focusing on a world class guest experience.

Working as part of a  team of Guest Services Duty Managers and reporting to the Guest Services Manager you will direct,  manage and lead teams to ensure that intu Uxbridge is an immaculately presented, secure, safe  and inviting environment for our guests and retailers.  In addition the roles will involve working on a duty management rota covering evening and weekend shifts as required.

To be successful in this role the candidate will be able to demonstrate the delivery of a first class customer services experience and have a passion for enhancing the customer experiences.  You will have previous experience in managing large teams of varied functionality, be engaging and inspirational and have the ability to manage change quickly.  Overall you will enjoy managing "from the floor" not from behind a desk. In addition candidates will be able to demonstrate the ability to inspire large teams through excellent communication skills and the development of strong relationships.  Whilst this is a font of house facing role candidates will also be able to demonstrate high developed organisational skills including budget management and workforce planning.

This role will suit individuals who have experience in working in the retail, leisure, facilities management or hospitality sectors and have managed large teams (up to 20 staff) of cleaners or housekeepers..Candidates will also need to have or be willing to obtain an SIA licence and carry out a 5 year vetting history in order to work in this position.
