intu Uxbridge are now seeking to recruit a Guest Services Duty Manager who will lead and manage our front of house team across guest services, security and cleaning, focusing on delivering a world class guest experience.

Working as part of a team of Guest Services Duty Managers and reporting to the Operations Manager, you will direct, manage and lead teams to ensure that intu Uxbridge feels safe and secure for our customers and retailers. This Guest Service Duty Manager will be focused on the provision security to the centre.  Candidates with previous experience in leading teams of security and CCTV control rooms would be at an advantage but overall, we are looking for candidates that can demonstrate the ability to lead and manage teams.

To be successful in this role the candidate will be able to demonstrate the delivery of a first-class environmental services and have a passion for enhancing the customer experiences.  You will have previous experience in managing large teams of varied functionality, be engaging and inspirational and have the ability to manage change quickly.  Overall you will enjoy managing "from the floor" not from behind a desk. In addition candidates will be able to demonstrate the ability to inspire large teams through excellent communication skills and the development of strong relationships.

This role will suit individuals who have experience in working in the retail, leisure, facilities management or hospitality sectors.   Candidates will also need to have or be willing to obtain an SIA licence and carry out a 5 year vetting history in order to work in this position.
