Working Hours: Flexible – Weekdays and Weekends
As an assistant store manager you will be responsible for carrying out positive and effective communication with customers as well as efficient operation in store. You will provide the store manager with the help to keep the shop in running order, from ordering, inventory and processing sales to penetrate costs reports and responding to customer concerns and complaints.
You must have experience of leading and coacjing people, managing through others within a similar role. Experience of dealing with people issues, experience of working part of the managing team of the store with turnover around 1 million.
