You will manage all operational aspects of the cinema as well as motivate an coach the team to deliver high standards possible to our guests. Teamwork is a vital part and you will be in charged with training the team to work effectively together, to maximise their performance and drive retail profits as well as the guest experience.
In addition you will support the General Manager in planning, implementing and delivering their business plans and staying focussed on making the cinema profitable through retail, ticket sales and by maximising stock loss.
We are looking for people with operational or supervisory experience gained in a guest facing environment. This is a guest facing operational duty management position and successful candidates will be expected to lead the team from the front to deliver excellent guest service standards.
