Intu Uxbridge are now seeking to recruit a Business Support Coordinator - Finance, to provide financial support to the wider business support team.
The ideal candidate will be involved in delivering financial support and presenting outputs of the business support team in a timely and accurate fashion. In addition they will work closely with all the support teams across HR/payroll, compliance, procurement and general administration for intu Uxbridge's centre management team.
To be successful in this role the ideal candidate will develop close working relationships with internal customers and service providers to fully understand the business. Assist in the preparation of budgets, monitoring expenditure, income and forecasts of the centres NPI budget and service charge. The candidate will also be responsible for all aspects of the purchasing process, including raising PO's and supplier set ups, services charge and accruals. In addition it would be an advantage for candidates to have previous experience in managing a teams as well as working alongside other operational business support department such as HR/payroll, compliance, procurement and general administration of a large organisation.
