Working Hours: 40 Hours per week (must have open availability based on centres opening hours)

Summary of the role:

  • Be able to motivate, inspire, and drive the team/ store to achieve company’s objectives
  • Be a strong team player, acting with honestly, integrity and enthusiasm

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Personal sales targets and objectives
  • Support and help others by developing team members to achieve company objectives
  • Able to delegate and organise the showroom to achieve company’s expectations and maintain all standards.

Qualifications, Experience and Expectations of Employer:

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Previous management experience: ideally in a luxury jewellery/watch environment
  • Previous experience with visual merchandising
  • Desire to grow and develop sales
  • Have an outgoing positive personality
