The new autumn menu has a strong focus on vegetarian and vegan dishes.
Off the back of the successful Veganuary menu, the decision was made to bring in more non-meat based dishes due to the demand from customers.
Highlights from the new menu include Jackfruit Salad Bowl with spicy smoked chilli sauce with mixed grains and rice, edamame beans, red cabbage, toasted cashew nuts, lettuce with a mint and lime yoghurt or enjoy a Roasted Butternut Squash and Feta Risotto with baby spinach and courgette, topped with shredded fennel salad and toasted pumpkin seeds.
Guests are encouraged to leave room for their autumnal Spiced Pear and Raspberry Eton Mess! There will be a range of cocktails also being added to the menu, including a Sparkling Blackberry Negroni and Hazelnut and Coffee Old Fashioned.
