We are looking for an inspiring and hard-working Sales Assistant who will be responsible providing exceptional customer service and assist in the day to day operations of House of CB in Topshop, The Trafford Centre, Manchester.

The Role of Sales Assistant:

As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in the continued growth and success of House of CB. The role requires an individual who is approachable, enthusiastic and committed to maximising sales. You will provide excellent customer service through listening and engaging with customers to build a loyal client base. You love working as a part of a team and will assist with inventory replenishment and merchandising standards.

Responsibilities of Sales Assistant:

Possess in depth product knowledge to provide personalised customer service ensuring it is always of the highest standard.

-Be target orientated and support the management team with interpreting sales reports and suggesting fresh ideas to drive sales.

Ensure the store is well-maintained and assist with visual merchandising tasks.

Organise and maintain the stockroom as well as help process deliveries.

Work as part of a team and be proactive in multi-tasking while on the shop floor.

Skills and Experience:

At least 1 year of retail experience

Provide exceptional customer service

Motivated to drive sales and exceed targets

Excellent communication skills

Flexible working hours with weekend availability

Hold an interest in fashion
