We are currently looking to expand our team within our flagship store at The Trafford Centre.
A Beauty Advisor is a Kiko Ambassador, responsible for driving customer service and sales in line with the brand strategy. Their role is to enhance a customers experience, through make-up applications both pop-in and appointment, working towards a specific sales target daily. The ideal applicant must have the drive to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment and must have previous sales or cosmetic experience of at least 6 months.
The applicant must be flexible, including evenings/weekends, with a minimum working contract of 20 hours p/w.
A Supervisor is responsible for driving customer service, sales and KPIs for the store in line with KIKO brand strategy, to ultimately enhance a customers experience instore.
The role requires coaching and supporting the sales team to deliver exceptional service, and to take full accountability for the store in senior management absense.
The ideal applicant must have the drive to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment and needs to have at least 1 year experience with sales targets and KPI's.
The applicant must be flexible, including evenings/weekends, with a minimum working contract of 40 hours p/w.
