What is the intu family club?

The family club is for all parents and their children to join and enjoy together. It’s simple and free to join online and you can then start to reap the benefits of your intu family club membership. You will receive discounts, exclusive offers, a gift for your child, a magazine, welcome pack and much more! Whether you have 5 minutes or 3 hours to spend as a family, intu want to make that time more enjoyable.

What benefits do I receive?

As a member of the family club, you will get access to exclusive offers and discounts in many of our retailers. Parents will receive information on up and coming events, suggestions on things to do as a family and special offers. Each child aged 18 months or over will receive an age appropriate gift, a magazine in the post in October and a Christmas card. Plus, everyone will get to take part in our school holiday activities aimed at families (and often receive early email alerts on great events or activities) and enjoy small ‘play’ elements in our centres all year round.

Who can join the club?

The family club is open to all parents with children (or grandparents, step parents, guardians)

How do I join the intu family club?

You can become a member of the family club by signing up at www.intu.co.uk/family-club. It is totally free to join! Once you have received your confirmation email, please visit your nearest intu centre and show your email to one of our lovely staff at the centre’s customer service desk and you will be presented with your welcome pack along with a free age appropriate gift for your child (one gift per child member). Free gifts are for children aged 18 months or over.

What information do I need to provide?

When you join we will ask you for your contact details so we can email you your confirmation code to collect your membership pack. We will also email you throughout the year with additional offers, alerts on great events or activities taking place within intu centres and other inspiring ideas on things to do as a family.

How do I receive my membership card?

Once you have received confirmation of your registration via email, please visit your local intu centre where your membership pack, containing membership cards for you and your child, a precious time guide and an age appropriate gift for your child will be waiting for you to collect.

I have signed up to the family club but haven’t received a confirmation email. What can I do?

This will be automatically sent to you so it may be that your form didn’t summit properly. In the first instance please try to join again, however, if you still experience difficulties please email our support team at customercare@intudigital.co.uk.

How much does it cost?

Being a member of the family club is totally free, I know it’s difficult to believe!

Do I need to register my card?

Not at all, simply show your card at the till of participating stores to get your discount.

I don’t have an email address; how can I join the family club?

We are sorry, but you will need an email address to join the club, these are easy to set up (and free) so we hope you are able to do this. You need an email in order to receive key information about the club, its services and also to receive relevant offers or news updates.

What happens if I lose my card?

Don’t worry, if your card is lost or stolen, please go to the customer service desk at your local intu centre and they will replace it for you free of charge, simply log into your family club page on your mobile device to show the team that you are a member.

Where can I use my card?

You can use your card in different retailers (across all 14 intu centres), to see which retailers offer discount please visit intu.co.uk and select your local intu shopping centre and go to the family page where you will see the offers or promotions being offered by the specific retailers. Most retailers will also have a sticker displayed in their window so that you know exactly where you can get a special offer by being a member of the intu family club!

Does my membership expire?

No, your membership won’t expire. If you no longer wish to be a family club member or your circumstances change, then please email customercare@intudigital.co.uk.
