About this product

Inspired by the Op Art movement of the 1960s and in particular the work of Bridget Riley, the zig zag stripes featured in this scarf are designed to create the impression of movement. This high impact black and white version shows off the pattern beautifully and the design also features six thin blue stripes at each end of the scarf as an added detail. The scarves are knitted and hand finished in a small factory in the town of Hawick in the Scottish Borders, an area world-renowned for producing luxury knitwear. Crafted from extra-fine Italian Merino wool, this exquisite yarn perfectly combines lightness with warmth and has an extraordinary soft, smooth texture.
