PizzaExpress will be bringing pizza perfection to Stoke-on-Trent as the latest big name to sign up for the £20 million catering and leisure extension at intu Potteries.
It will be joining Chiquito, Gourmet Burger Kitchen and Frankie & Benny’s plus Cineworld at the 60,000 sq ft extension to the shopping centre, which will include at least five restaurants and a pedestrian boulevard.
Paul Francis, intu Potteries General Manager, said: “We have an 850,000 catchment without a PizzaExpress, so it’s sure to trade fantastically. We know that our customers are crying out for great restaurants for the whole family. We are looking forward to announcing the next addition to the line-up.”
Construction work has already started on site and is due to open in August 2015.
