In 2013, intu Potteries brought together our facilities management and operational staff in-house to deliver the intu brand promise. This distinctive business model has unified all employees and has focused them on creating compelling experiences for its 12 million annual visitors.

Paul Francis, general manager at intu Potteries said: “Achieving IPP gold is a huge success and shows our commitment to being a great employer that creates an outstanding place to work.

We achieved silver accreditation in 2015, and have continued to build on this success. Our employees are great people and we nurture their passion and ingenuity so that they can create compelling shopping experiences that put a smile on our customers’ faces.”
