Role and Main Responsibilities
A Team Member has three main areas of responsibility: Customer Service, Food Preparation and Cleaning & Hygiene.
You will be quick to learn and progress from Bronze, Silver and Gold standards of training within the first three months of joining SPUDULIKE. Our reward systems are directly linked to these standards so the more you learn the more you can earn.
Key Competencies and Aptitude we are looking for:
Good level of spoken and written English language
Good level of numeracy skills
Proven commitment to helping others and the ability to demonstrate good customer service skills
Confident in approaching and dealing with diverse groups of people
Excellent time management skills including punctuality
Be an attentive listener
Professional and clean appearance
Ability to demonstrate the importance of attention to detail
Enjoy working with people
The ability to stay calm and professional in a high-pressured customer environment
