Two positions are currently available with Beaverbrooks the Jewellers Hanley:
• Temporary maternity cover, 35 hours per week, 4 varying days including weekends. September to August minimum (11 months).
Applicants are required to have experience or a strong understanding of selling towards goals linked with providing exceptional customer service and be able to provide accounts or appreciation of their importance when questioned. We would require satisfactory references to be available for review if the application progressed. We work toward helping our customers to make important purchases through giving exceptional customer service not experienced elsewhere in the retail industry. This goal is supported by being able to work with & support fellow team members of varying experience levels, as well as the expectation of continued self development. Our starting hourly salary is £7.54 (plus bonus potential) and in December there is the expectation that each team member increases their weekly hours by approximately 20% to ensure we can be there for our customers at the busiest time of year.
