Coast to Coast - What is it all about?
Fresh cooked burgers straight from the grill, cooked medium, of course. The finest Casterbridge steak reared to perfection. Slow cooked St Louis cut ribs from carefully selected butchers. All this, plus throw in a number of classic U.S of A dishes and you have the perfect menu to get your chef juices flowing!
Chef De Partie - The Job:
You will be cooking dishes fresh to order following our select recipes and you’ll be trained to deliver excellent brand standard every time. Working alongside a team, but responsible for your own section within the kitchen, you will maintain the high standards of Coast to Coast whilst providing dishes that will keep our guests coming back time and time again.
We offer NVQ qualifications, alongside on the job learning, and with the planned expansion we are always looking for individuals looking for progression. We currently have Head Chefs within our businesses who have progressed from Chef De Partie positions, and with the support and development provided in our kitchens, you too can follow this journey.
