The Challenge:

73 Retail Ltd are franchise partners for two of the world’s biggest outdoor inspired clothing, footwear and accessory brands. They have a fantastic and expanding portfolio of stores across England and a wealth of experience in how to make each one of them a success.

Sitting directly next to their current flagship Timberland store, this location will need a team of strong, dynamic and commercial individuals with a proven track record of delivering exemplary results on time and to specification. Reporting directly in to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with the day to day running, staffing and sales of the store.

Main responsibilities/traits:

·Help to instil a true sales culture throughout the store that is centred around world class customer service and engaging sales techniques.

·Assist the manager and help develop and motivate staff members to achieve and exceed any given sales and service targets as well as your own personal targets.

·To be able to analyse, interpret and act upon all KPIs.

·Lead by example and ensure the brands core values are reflected at all times.

·Task prioritising and delegation, especially in the store manager's absence.

·A keen eye for detail and an excellent commercial awareness.

·Adhering to all retail policies and procedures and stock inventory targets.

·Knowledge of local markets and a base knowledge of outdoors sports could also be advantageous.
