intu Retail Services is now seeking to recruit aTechnical Services Manager to be based at our intu Milton Keynes Centre. intu Milton Keynes are proud to be at the heart of the fastest growing town in the UK and the centre enjoys a 45 million per annum footfall and including aspirational brands such as; Apple, Hollister,Superdry, Karen Millen and Hugo Boss. intu Milton Keynes has an annual footfall of over 17 million guests and a footprint 450,00sq. ft. We are now looking for an inspirational Technical Services Manager to drive improvement, planning and management of the maintenance to the centre.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability to lead and manage an in house maintenance team of multi-skilled technicians and trades, be an excellent communicator and a clear decision maker. In addition, the Technical Services Manager will have the ability to drive operational performance improvement ensuring that first class delivery of customer services is maintained. Candidates will be able to provide clear evidence of technical leadership on project coordination and project management as part of a wider team for major projects. This will include design, planning and implementation of a variety of projects.
It is anticipated that candidates will have a high degree of technical knowledge in the building services environment including an in-depth understanding across a range of electrical and mechanical equipment; lighting, CCTV, heating and air conditioning, power supply and general fabric maintenance.
Candidates will be qualified to a minimum of HND/HNC or equivalent in a mechanical or electrical discipline and ideally hold membership of CIBSE. It would also be an advantage to have a good working knowledge of BMS, CCTV and CAFM systems.
