intu Milton Keynes are now seeking to recruit a Guest Services Duty Manager who will lead and manage our front of house team across guest services, security and cleaning, focusing on delivering a world class guest experience. The role will have specific responsibility for running the Environmental Services team within intu Milton Keynes
Working as part of a team of Guest Services Duty Managers and reporting to the Operations Manager you will direct, manage and lead teams to ensure that intu Milton Keynes is an immaculately presented, secure, safe and inviting environment for our guest and retailers.
To be successful in this role the candidate will be able to demonstrate the delivery of a first class customer services experience and have a passion for enhancing the customer experiences. You will have previous experience in managing large teams of varied functionality, be engaging and inspirational and have the ability to manage change quickly. You will also be able to demonstrate successful experience within the environmental services industry and have a passion for managing a Housekeeping and Waste Management team. Overall you will enjoy managing “from the floor” not from behind a desk. In addition candidates will be able to demonstrate the ability to inspire large teams through excellent communication skills and the development of strong relationships.
This role will suit individuals who have experience in working in the environmental services, retail, leisure, facilities management or hospitality sectors. Candidates will also need to have or be willing to obtain an SIA license and carry out a 5 year vetting history in order to work in this position.
