intu Milton Keynes is looking for an Environmental Services Team Leader.
This role is on average 32.66 hours a week, working as part of a rota which will include weekends offering an annual salary of £25,027.20 FTE prorated to £20,434.71 based on 32.66 hours per week.
This is a working role, leading the Environmental Services teams who carry out cleaning and waste duties to front and back areas of the shopping centre.
To be successful in this role suitable candidates will be able organise, lead, motivate, manage and work with cleaning team members to provide an exemplary standard of cleaning to our facilities including: mall areas, customer rest rooms, waste and car parking facilities.
Suitable candidates will be able to show they can support the management team in keeping standards high, implementing rotas, staff training, staff development, and managing stock/materials. The candidate will be able to lead the team in complying with legal and company procedures (guidance and training will be provided)
In addition, candidates will be customer focused and flexible with great communication skills. Previous working knowledge of the cleaning industry and equipment/machines would be an advantage but not essential. BICS training would be an advantage but again, not essential.
