On Monday 5 March, intu Milton Keynes launched a Facebook competition where followers can win a £25 Gift Card each weekday for eleven days. Every day, people must “guess the retailer” as each image will feature one or more of the models wearing a different retailer from the centre. To enter, followers will simply need to comment below the picture with their guess and one winner will be picked at random to win! Had to our Facebook page to see the next picture!
The story behind the competition;
At the end of January, the shopping centre appealed for ‘models’ to come forward to take part in a photoshoot featuring the latest trends.
Over 100 entries were received, and judges whittled it down to just five models from three age categories, 18-25, 25-35 and 35-45.
Last Friday, the winning models who are all from the Milton Keynes and Bletchley area, Aimee Blake, Lennie Heslop, Chloe Wrigley and Mica Whyte, along with intu Milton Keynes’ very own marketing coordinator and star of SS17, Joe Atherton, took part in an urban photoshoot in Central Milton Keynes. Shot by local professional photographer, Gill Prince, the shoot captured over 300 stunning looks and poses.
Kirsty McGiff, marketing manager at intu Milton Keynes said, “We wanted to work with real local people to launch Spring Summer 2018 and put them into a real life surrounding that we hope people can relate to. The shots are stunning, and we can’t wait to reveal the final images.”
intu Milton Keynes gave all five winners the full model experience for the day with a number of shoots from around the city centre, plus two beauty counters from within Debenhams, NYX Cosmetics and Make Up Forever, gave the female models of the group an extra special treat.
The competition is open to all UK residents except persons connected with this promotion or employees of intu properties.

The winners will be selected at random.
Only one entry per person will go into the prize draw each day. No purchase necessary

The prize winners will be notified by Facebook.
Should the prize winner be unable to accept the prize or not respond to intu within 5 days of the notification date, intu reserve the right to draw an alternative winner.
There are no cash alternatives: the prize must be accepted as offered, is non-transferable, subject to availability and cannot be exchanged. Products/prizes obtained through the promotion are not subject to refund or exchange.
The winner agrees to participate in any and all advertising, promotion or other commercial activities relating to the prize draw and consents and agrees that their photograph, image, likeness and voice may be used by intu in all related promotional activity without any rights of prior approval or inspection.
The selection is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
