You can now vote for three regional charities to receive a substantial donation to help support their amazing work in the region.
Collect an orange token from the customer service desk in the lower Green Mall, near Marks and Spencer and vote for one of intu Metrocentre’s three chosen charities: Draft as a Brush, MS Society and Tyneside and Northumberland Mind.
All three charities will receive a donation from intu Metrrocentre with the highest vote receiving £500, followed by £200 for second and £100 for third place.
Clare Cannon, Community Manager at intu Metrocentre, said: “Supporting the local community is very important to us; we’re encouraging shoppers to join in and vote for their chosen charity. The charity token box scheme will ultimately help our chosen charities increase their own brand awareness whilst receiving an additional donation from the shopping centre."
The box will be placed in the lower green mall from Monday 24 February to Monday 1 June 2020.
Each customer will receive one token to vote and the order of votes will be announced on our website on Monday 8 June.
