This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual with an entrepreneurial spirit, who will inspire the team and lead by example.

Role and responsibilities: * To provide a service to our customer that endeavors to meet and exceed their expectations * Lead, inspire and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and maximize efficiencies * Create an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for customers to experience our product in a relaxed and comfortable environment * Effectively manage all areas of the store within allocated budget levels, ensuring store profitability* Recruit, retain and develop your team to enhance the values of the brand and contribute to the success of the business * Inspire and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and maximize efficiencies * Drive and delivers on all business KPIs, sales targets, payroll, stock loss and all controllable costs * Be commercially aware and responsive to current sales trends, analysing sales figures and making key decisions.
