Job Purpose To maximize every sales opportunity, by delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining exceptional standards providing a first-class customer shopping experience.

To support the management team to ensure the profitability of the store and drive sales through effective management and communication with the team.

Taking on responsibility of all aspects of the branch in the Store Manager's and Deputy Manager's absence.

Actively greet, assist and sell in a professional and friendly manner.

Provide the highest possible standard of professional customer service.

Promote a customer focus within the team.

Demonstrate flexibility in order to meet store needs.

Communicate team goals and objectives in the absence of your line manager.
